Contractor accommodation near Wolnzach – between the A93 and A9

The market town of Wolnzach is the heart of the hop trade – home to the HVG hop marketing cooperative, the German Hop Museum and, just next door in Hüll, the hop research centre of the Bavarian State Research Centre for Agriculture. There is constant building and maintenance work around the hop industry: cold stores and warehouses, drying and harvesting equipment, pelleting plants. In Niederlauterbach, for example, new cold stores with a picking area for hop marketing are being built.

West of the town, right on the A9, lies the Bruckbach business park, which Wolnzach runs together with Rohrbach – including THIMM's packaging plant. Several ground-mounted photovoltaic installations are also planned within the municipality. For teams in industrial, hall and plant construction, Wolnzach is therefore a regular place of work.

From Casa Theresa you reach the A93 in 8 minutes and the Holledau interchange on the A9 in about a quarter of an hour. That makes Wolnzach the perfect base for teams travelling to changing sites between Munich, Ingolstadt and Regensburg. In the evening you come back via Hüll to the quiet of Berg – with no motorway noise outside the window.

In the town itself there are only a handful of providers of contractor accommodation, mostly offering individual rooms. With us, each team has a whole apartment with 5 or 7 single beds, its own kitchen and its own washing machine.
